A transient voltage suppression diode that can be simply fitted to each existing light fixture. The electronic device is designed to protect 8-30V LED lamps from damage due to short term voltage spikes which exceed 30V. Such spikes can arise from unstable battery chargers, DC refrigerator thermostats and other over voltages due to sudden de-loading of on-board generators.

The device is relatively simple to install but does require access to each lamp connection. It is supplied ready to connect directly between the positive and negative connection to each lighting fixture.
