Protected 10 SMD LED lamp with added on-board voltage and current protection. EMI free with unique option of longer pin length.

This 10 SMD LED Lamp has an on board electronic fuse and added voltage transient spike protection and is EMI free – ideal for both 12 Volt and 24 Volt systems. It is suitable for replacing a 10W G4 halogen bulb mounted in a vertical orientation. It’s an excellent fit in most bunk side and other similar shaped reading lamps. It also fits many types of down-lights which are fitted with vertical G4 halogen bulb holder.

The lamp compares very well in terms of both colour and light output with a standard 10W halogen bulb. On-board Buck-Boost electronic control circuit ensures a constant bright light output even if the supply voltage varies. The lamp has an estimated service life of ~50,000 hours.

These lamps are designed to minimise EMI, unlike other similar looking lamps sold for non marine use. We utilise specially designed PCB layouts which avoid tracks acting as antenna that radiate EMI (electromagnetic interference).

Select our unique longer pin option from the drop down box to enable easy insertion into the deeper type of reading light fittings. Connection pins can always be trimmed for the perfect fit.

This protected lamp is available in Warm White only and is recommended to light boat interiors.

The light output is UV free and unlike conventional lamps its light output will not fade surfaces, furnishing fabrics and attract less flying insects.

These lamps are not polarity concious, they are fitted with a 4 independent diode bridge rectifier and can therefore be connected either way without damage.
