This compact, high output, 2835 Warm White LED lamp offers a 270 lumen output and is popular for internal lighting and external light fixtures.

This is a very bright warm white lamp with excellent colour, similar to incandescent lamps. This lamp is popular for use in internal light fixtures that utilise single contact bayonet lamps.

The lamp is also popular for use in the coloured lights of  the Lalizas S12 range, including bi & tri-colour fixtures. The lamp can be used in the small Hella Marine 3562 where a warm white light is preferred and is used extensively on ribs and other smaller craft. For white lights where single contact BA15S lamp holders have been installed in stern, steaming, mast head anchor and white light elements of tri-colour lights we recommend using a cool white lamp. This 24SMD warm white lamp is ideal for use in boats up to 12 metres. Please Do not use cool white lamps behind separate red or green lens or combined bi colour lights as the output colours will not be correct.

These lamps are designed to minimise EMI, unlike other similar looking lamps sold for non marine use. We utilise specially designed PCB layouts which avoid tracks acting as antenna that radiate EMI (electromagnetic interference). This bulb has our on-board PWM Buck-Boost electronic control circuit which combine with 24 high output SMD LEDs to give consistent light output and a very long service life.

Boatlamps recommend using Contralube 770 on all lamp holder contacts and other connections on your boat. This product will protect against contact corrosion which is the most common reason both LED and traditional incandescent lamps flicker or fail.

These lamps are not polarity conscious as they are fitted with a diode bridge rectifier and can therefore be connected either way without damage.

Important: In common with other replacement LED lamps on the market, it is not possible to have any sort of marine authority certification for individual replacement bulbs. These LED lamps are easily visible at distances exceeding 3nm in standard fixtures and is one of the brightest replacement LED bulbs available. Given the vast array of navigation light fittings installed on marine vessels, it is the user's decision alone whether to use this product to retrofit any particular light fitting used for navigation purposes.
