Hella Navigation Lights: LED Replacement Bulb Information

Boatlamps stock a wide range of LED replacement navigation bulbs for your Hella Marine light fixtures. All our LED replacement lamps are manufactured using only high quality, high output, very bright SMD LEDs. To find the correct bulb, please select your existing navigation light series:

Series 2010 | Series 2984 | Series 3562 

Please check your actual lamp for correct base type. There are a number of look-alike products on the market that may use a different lamp base. If your navigation light fitting is not shown below, it is important to check which type of bulb is fitted to your fixture before ordering. Often it is quite obvious, however if you have any doubts please email us a photograph of your bulb and its measurements and we should be able to match it to one of our LED lamps.

Important: Boatlamps standard LED festoon lamps will fit all white cased Hella Series 3562 light fixtures. Strangely some black cased 3562 navigation light fixtures use a special festoon lamp fitted with propriety tags on one end. Our standard LED lamps will not fit these fittings without modification to the lamp. If you do have these propriety tagged lamps, obtaining replacement lamps in remote locations may be challenging so we advise you hold a good supply of spares. Important: Please do not install LED lamps into light fixtures that leak. A dunking in seawater does them no good and will ultimately lead to lamp failure. Failures due to sea water contamination are not covered by our warranty (or indeed any other supplier’s warranty as far as we know).  

Please note: In common with other replacement LED lamps on the market, it is not possible to have any sort of marine authority certification for individual replacement bulbs. These LED lamps are easily visible at distances exceeding 3nm in standard fixtures and are the brightest replacement LED bulbs available. Given the vast array of navigation light fittings installed on marine vessels, it is the user’s decision alone whether to use our products to retrofit any particular light fitting used for navigation purposes.
