New brighter LED lamp provides up to 38% more light than a 5050 6 SMD Festoon lamp

This 37mm 6 SMD 2835 high output LED Festoon cone end lamp provides 65% additional light when compared to a 5050 6SMD festoon lamp. In warm white this lamp compares very well to 10W incandescent bulbs in terms of both light output and colour rendering. The lamp is ideal for replacing standard incandescent festoons found in many marine interior lighting installations.

This bulb has our on-board PWM Buck-Boost electronic control circuit high output LEDs which combine to give outstanding light output and a long service life. These lamps are designed to minimise EMI, unlike other similar looking lamps sold for non marine use. We utilise specially designed PCB layouts which avoid tracks acting as antenna that radiate EMI (electromagnetic interference).

The light output is UV free and unlike conventional lamps its light output will not fade surfaces, furnishing fabrics and attract less flying insects.

These lamps are not polarity conscious as they are fitted with a diode bridge rectifier and can therefore be connected either way without damage.
