Our largest 21SMD, 2835, side pin lamp is electronically protected against voltage transients (spikes) and excess current.

This compact, planar disc lamp utilised the latest technology. It uses 21 bright 2835 LEDs which offer significantly increased light output and reduced power consumption when compared to similar sized 5050 LED lamps and is ideal for use on both 12 Volt and 24 Volt systems.

This 21 SMD LED side pin lamp has an on board electronic fuse (non-linear thermistor) plus transient voltage (spike) protection. This low EMI lamp is an excellent fit in most halogen down-lights which utilise vertical orientated G4 halogen bulbs. It is particularly suitable for use on boats where there is some experience of LED lamp failures.

This very bright lamp compares very well in terms of both colour and effective light output with a 35W incandescent lamp. An on-board Buck-Boost electronic constant current control circuit ensures a constant bright light output even when the supply voltage varies. We utilise specially designed PCB layouts which minimise minimise EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference)

The light output is UV free and unlike conventional lamps its light output will not fade surfaces, furnishing fabrics and is less attractive to flying insects.

The warm white output is ideal to sympathetically light your boat’s interior.

These lamps are not polarity conscious, they are fitted with a 4 independent diode bridge rectifier and can therefore be connected either way without damage.
